Our subsidiary Palmer Unclaimed Property Limited offers clients a powerful collection of UK- and US-based legal guidance, as well as a team of research, operations, and communication specialists that’s supported by our global partner network.

William Palmer

Mr. Palmer founded Palmer Law Group in 1990 after a distinguished career in public service. His firm provides legal services to clients in all types of commercial and class-action litigation, including all facets of unclaimed law and litigation. He is a recognized leader in the field of unclaimed property law and has helped clients in the US and abroad recover funds held by federal, state, and municipal governments.

Daniel Rivers

Daniel is an attorney with Bower Cotton Hamilton in London. He has a wide range of experience in complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional litigation matters. He has acted for a wide range of corporate, family office and private clients from a wide variety of jurisdictions.
